Flow Yoga

This class is great for those who have experienced a beginners yoga class and understand the basics, do not mind challenging yourself with balancing and flowing from pose to pose, staying in a pose for it's full benefit. If you should get tired or feel weak, please rest. Come breathe, sweat and stretch your way to enlightenment!

Gentle Restorative

In this class lots of props ie: bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps, and eye bags are used to support your body while gently holding basic floor yoga postures. This class is for everyone. Whether winding down from your busy day, recovering from an injury, or needing to introvert. This class is restful, opening and rejuvenating.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga combines gentle movements with breath. These classes are perfect for beginners as well as people with specific limitations and those recovering from injury. More experienced students who enjoy a slower paced class also enjoy Gentle Yoga. The poses will gently stretch and strengthen the body, providing a foundation for those interested in moving onto Level 1.

HOT Vital Flow

Vital Flow Yoga is a great combination of Asana (poses) flowing in a fluid set, meditation, and Pranayama (breath work). The studio temperature averages 90degrees- just warm enough to heat the muscles and warm your core. This class is unique because the flow of your practice is refined with anatomical alignment and the fun, spiritual dance of yoga!

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga utilizes specific sequences of movement and breath to target various spirit-mind-body concerns. This class spans a range of vigorous to gentle and is devotional in nature. Even though this is an "all levels" class plan on sweating and enjoying a vigorous workout.

One on One Yoga Therapy (by appointment)

Yoga therapy combines yoga poses (asanas) with gentle muscle and structural therapy. Therapy occurs in private sessions, addressing specific health problems and adapting poses and routines specifically for each client . Clients typically leave with instructions on a custom series of poses that change according to the student’s progress. Yoga therapy advocates believe that since yoga is a holistic discipline — teaching that the mind, body, and spirit are connected — yoga therapy can go beyond the results that are possible with more traditional approaches.

Slow Flow

A class for all. This class is not a beginners class though a beginner could benefit from the understanding of flow as this hatha yoga class moves slowly. It is very zen and healing, an introspective practice as you move from basic pose to pose slowly.

Yoga for Everyone

A flavorful yoga practice. Beneficial for Beginners and Advanced students. Great for athletes. In this class one will be reminded of breathing and concentration techniques, introduced to new and challenging poses. This class contains gentle, meditative, and flow yoga.
