Class Schedule

Our doors are open and we are excited to offer in-person yoga! We are staying up to date on County, State, and Federal recommendations and mandates for Covid-19, and following accordingly.

As the state of Covid-19 continuously changes, please be patient with us as we navigate scheduling, teacher comfort levels, and student comfort levels. We are doing our best to keep the schedule consistent, but do have to change or cancel classes as needed to accommodate teacher’s schedules if a substitute teacher is not able to take over. Our schedule is updated daily, and this is the best place to find the most accurate schedule.

If you are registered for a class and are unable to make it, please take yourself off of the class roster or contact us prior to the class. You will be late cancelled and loose your class credit if we do not hear from you.

You may have to wait a moment for the schedule to load. 

If you are still not ready for in person classes, we offer on-demand yoga, so you can practice anywhere, anytime with the teachers you know and love!

If you are new to yoga, or have injuries or conditions, set up a FREE 15 minute Yoga Therapy consult or full Yoga Therapy session with Katie Hay, who is an experienced therapist. You will learn if there is a group class that is a good fit, modifications for your needs, or with a full session receive an in-depth assessment and plan for your yoga practice.
